Brief:
In Design class, I was briefed to design and construct prosthesis for any part of any living organism.
Project Description:
I chose the human leg and the scenario I designed for was that someone had their leg amputated from below the knee and required a prosthetic leg.
I constructed the product from recycled parts and materials. Majority of the parts came from a broken reclining desk chair that was no longer in use and a PVC drainage pipe. This reduced the cost of materials down to almost nothing.
